I don't understand the forecast for Pisces at the end of the article. It seems to point to 2003 but not to 2004.

My apologies for this confusing paragraph. The reference to "Your partner may have a windfall anytime from the end of September 2003 and for about a year after then that will benefit you at the same time. Alternatively, you may do exceptionally well through a legacy, investment or taxation matter. On another level it seems that you will be more open to improving your intimate life and self-understanding in a positive way." is to when this particular energy began, which happened to be in 2003.
