Hot chili peppers...mild cooking peppers..small ones..long finger chilies...there are a lot of chilies to be found in Asia. They form part of the ingredients list and are used all throughout the region...in hot and spicy indonesian, thai cooking..in the milder , subtle cookings of vietnam, korea and even in the soups and coconut based dishes of the philippines.Will post some recipes that use chilies soon on the site. There are store bought hot sauces to be found originating from the region to .
