So, exactly what is the best way to up the Vitamin C intake of my Oscar? he'll eat just about anything, but I don't think I can get him to swallow pills!!

THe best way increase the vitamin C intake of your fish is through food. There should be fish foods availible at your local fish store which are rich in vitamin C.

It is my experience that, along with vitamin C and B complex, the use of Metrodozanol is helpful in the treatment of hole in the head. If memory serves me correct, you can find this manufactured by Aquarium Products, brand name Hex-Mit. Additionally, I believe Aquatronics produces Metrodozanol, brand named Metrodozanol.

I never have attempted using this in saltwater, nor would I recommend it without first reading the indications.
