Wow! What landlord could possibly refuse an offer to wash windows in exchange for a rental agreement. If I were a landlord, I'd jump at a chance to get a renter willing to go that far -- assiming that you went through with the agreement. I'd also have an escape clause so that the renter would have to perform.-- posted by humorous_sage
