Food for Poker Games
This archived discussion is "read only".
» CalWine - "Pigeon" Food Ann, I like to put out four or five appetizers for my weekly poker buddies to munch on while they play cards, hoping, of course, that the expense involved will be covered by my winnings. The appetizers need to be finger food and not greasy, because of the cards. We always have red wine on hand, sometimes white and beer. Here are some things I use: mini-pizzas, bruschetta, finger sandwiches, croissant wrapped sausages, homemade cookies, Brie cheese melted in a sourdough round, homemade biscotti, garlic bread, stuffed eggs, quesadillas, and the usual pickles, nuts, pretzels, cheese & crackers, etc. I need something new. Any ideas? -- posted by CalWine
