The problem with my toilet is I have to flip the handle up after flushing to get the toilet to stop running water. A maintenance man has been in twice to fix it, but once the result was I couldn't get my toilet to stop running water and the second time the result was a temporary fix. In other words, for a few days, I was able to correctly flush my toilet but then I had to revert back to flipping the handle. Any suggestions?
