» dawnofart - The right time for a business in antiques

What could be more important than doing what you love?
You have written numerous articles on antiques. It is obvious you have a passion for them. Find a good accountant and make sure you set business hours that you can live with.
You always have the option of confining yourself to shows, changing summer hours to meet your needs, etc.
New York is an area abundant with lovers of antiques! Many are earning comfortable incomes in spite of the economy. If someone really appreciates something and they want it- they will buy it!
Best Wishes for you on your NY adventure!
