hmm......i always thought it was interesting how everyone hated Knight of Ramune when I thought it was one of the best shows i've ever seen. I didnt believe it until I bought the DVD labeled (Knights of Ramune). I wouldnt say it's horrible, but it's way below my expectation. Because it's not the story of ramune...it took place some years after 2 tv series. I think one of the main reasons why the ova sux is cuz....*spoiler*Ramune's a bad guy in the beginning of the show. The 4th Ramune is completly different from the 2nd and 3rd...or perhaps more evil than the first Ramune. The 2 tv series (NG knight Ramune & 40; VS knight Ramune & 40 fire)portraited Ramune as an energetic teenager who loves video games (well...they are father and son for crying out loud) both little perverted, but still righteous persons never the less. The 4th one however seems cruel and cool-blooded...totally different from what i had imagine. Also, the amount of nudity in the OVA is excessive, like most ppl say, it's distracting. *mutters* "Parfait and Cocoa arent whores ><" Finally...there's the mecha; how did that change from 3 handsome and cool looking robots into a headless, white piece of junk o.O...Knights of Ramune really has nothing in common with the ramune shows i know except the fact that some of the characters are in the show.
