I love the graphics you presented -- your talents for writing and painting are truly a joy to behold. I must admit, though, I was chuckling at myself when I first clicked your article title because I thought it was a review for a movie. I was thinking, "I loved that movie! I wonder what she has to say about it?" Then, of course, my next thought was, " . . . and how did she manage to tie it into the theme of her topic: Animal Art and Craft?" Duh. ::smiles:: Take care! -- posted by Jenn Greenleaf » jenlongshaw - Re: Such a beautiful artform! In response to message posted by Poemwriter1:Glad you enjoyed it Jennifer. I was trying to think of a title for the article and had only come up with something boring when I suddenly thought that with some slight tweaking the film title could be used to describe the way you incorporate the animal form into the rock. -- posted by jenlongshaw » jenlongshaw - Re: Amazing art works Jen In response to message posted by BettyPine:The sad thing about Themestream going down was losing contact with the other writers so it has been great making contact again through Suite101. Thanks for subscribing Betty! -- posted by jenlongshaw » jenlongshaw - Re: Jen In response to message posted by jerrib:Thanks Jerri. I am trying to get the word about these sites out there as they are two subjects I really enjoy writing about. -- posted by jenlongshaw » Renie_Burghardt - Crouching Tiger, Sleeping Dragon Hi, what a fun article. And I love the little paintings. I enjoy painting on rocks, although I'm not very good at it. I did some tiny flowers on a flat rock, that I love. I'll have to attempt a cat or bunny. You are great at it! I enjoyed the article very much. Thank you for the tips. Best wishes, Renie-- posted by Renie_Burghardt » jenlongshaw - Re: Crouching Tiger, Sleeping Dragon In response to message posted by Renie_Burghardt:I'm glad you enjoyed the article Renie. I think what is so great about rock painting is that it doesn't matter how experienced a painter you are you can still make something unique. -- posted by jenlongshaw
