» Kieley3414 - Nefertiti, The Great Royal Wife

In a book I have recently read by Joyce Tyldesly, it states that Nefertiti wore the robes that both men and women wore; along with her husband. Was there a reason that they abandoned their sexuality and wore the co-ed robes?
Does anybody know how Nefertiti got her power?
Some say that later she changed her name to that of a prince, since he appeared when she dissapeared. Does anybody have information on this? If you do, please email me at tip3414@hotmail.com

thank you

Was just reading about Nefertiti in National Geographic Magazine, April, 2001 issue. Seems she may have been pharoah for a while after Akhenaten's death.
