» egypt_angel - previous message This is to the girl who posted the last message, who wanted to be an archaeologist when she grew up. I just want to say that I'm going to be studying to be an archaeologist at Uni this September, I've always been fascinated in Egypt and it's history. Like you, I would love to live and work in Egypt with the Cairo Museum of Antiquities. I do have an interesting fact (though somewhat useless) about Imhotep. There was someone named Imhotep in ancient times in one of the very earliest dynasties, I don't want to dissapoint you but he wasn't a high priest. Although he was still very important. He was an architect for the King Zoser (yes King), who instructed him to build a tomb for him. Imhotep built some of the very earliest pyramids and really started the ball rolling for the rest of the pyramid builders.Hope that helps -- posted by egypt_angel
