Audrey - I've had trouble getting through to your e-mail. It keeps getting returned as user unknown. Thought I'd post here again as it still isn't working, even though I am replying to your messages. That is probably why you feel you haven't gotten a response. Craig has gotten the info and he is checking to be sure you'll be paid on time from now on.
