-- posted by TraceyP » mountaingirl39 - is it too soon to tell In the last six months, my Mom, who has always been the most energetic and together person I know has done a few things that seem weird. We were watching a movie together that we had watched before and she had no recollection of ever seeing it. After dinner at a restaurant one night, she had a huge amount of trouble with the bill and figuring out how to divide it up. It was strange because she's had her own business and has lived by herself for years. Recently, she will misplace one thing a day..be it the house keys or cell phone or glasses, which is no big deal, but her reaction to it seems unusually frantic. I am terrified that she may be showing signs of early alzheimers. Do you think I'm right or just overreacting? Can anyone help?-- posted by mountaingirl39
