» Jacky997 - Improve German in a native family live as an member teach Englic

We are a native German family looking to host a very good English speaking
pupil/student/person. You do not have to be from an English speaking country!

If you are interested to live with us as a family member , I will describe our living area.

We do this only from time to time.We have had a guest daughter from New Zealand and one from USA. Now we are looking forward
to our next guest. We are interested in different cultures and improving our bad English.

info about my area

We live in a small village outside of Salzgitter. There are 1000 people here.

Salzgitter is in the mid-west part of Germany. Near Braunschweig, Hannover one hour

In this village are 2 restaurants, one petrol station, one bakery, a small shop, a church, a bank and a post office. We are surrounded by
woods, meadows and grassy areas.

The bus can taken you to Braunscheig, Wolfenbüttel and Hildesheim.

They are the next big towns around us. The bus stop is 2 min away.

The last bus from town leaves at 7pm . If you want stay longer we can come pick you up if you pay for the petrol, or there is always a
taxi.

You would sleep in a room with one bed, one fold-away guest bed, 2 tables, 3 cupboards, a radio music/CD player and a mirror.
You would share the bathroom, washing machine, kitchen and living room.
We do not accept smoking in our house!
You must be a person who likes dogs, who is adaptive and who is interested in teaching about your country, cultures and English.

We will do the same in German.

You have to help us with normal household chores and teach us 7 hour per week in exchange for the free housing.

Before you come we will discuses about money what you have to pay for food, drink, water and energy.but you should calculate 45 doller per week.

You will need insurance and everything that is important for you to stay abroad.

We are a family of two who are 34 and 36. We have no children but we do have a lovely Daisy dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

We have fun teaching German and learning English.

When we are at work you can go into the towns. We will help you with directions at first and of course help if you have a problem
coming home.
You must be a person who can do things alone or with Daisy. There are many activities you can do. You could go swimming or you
can go bike riding nearby. We have a cross trainer that you are welcome to use as well as our computer with internet access.

We do not have certain times when we eat. We have meals at our job and do not cook often.
You should be able to feed yourself.
If we cook we eat mostly pizza, pasta, and vegetables. Very seldom do we eat meat, so you can be an vegetarian also.
