Hi Rob,
I dont know if this will be of any interest, but I get the most blooms on my eomecon that are in nearly full sun..They get a bit of afternoon shade and the soil is fairly heavyish in their location but does have reasonable drainage. I fertlilise twice yearly in this patch with an organic slow release pellet..The flowers arent really big or prolific on either sets of plants but they are very pretty and delicate, like miniature white poppies.
Maybe yours could be in too much of a shady spot.
You could try threatening them with death by the spade lol. Cheers from Wendy.
