Coffee allergy/addiction: I'm allergic to coffee too!

I thought I was going crazy! I started to have a rash on the inside of my elbows, my lower back, the back of my knees and on my hands and feet. My eyes became extremely itchy and when I cried or my eyes watered, my tears burned my eyes and where my tears touched my skin, I was left with a red, itchy rash. I also developed severe reactions to anti-inflamitories, antihistamines (seriously) and birth control at the same time. And I started to have heat rash. Then, I didn't drink coffee for about six months and all the symptoms went away (I still am to afraid to take anti-inflamitories or anti-histamines.) It's nice to know I'm not the only one! Now I have one coffee a week (tall skinny mocha) and I'm mostly ok (itchy eyes and heat rash are returning). I know I'll have to drop it all together someday. It just isn't worth it.
