» babeodear - Latex allergy help

I have read so much on latex allergy and have become familiar with what products contain latex. Now is there someone out there that knows of something that will help break the allergic cycle? I seem to have become allergic to corn or at least if I have had the allergy all along , it has become very noticable. I only get a rash on my hands and cannot seem to get rid of it even though I am eliminating contact to latex. How long does it take for your immune system to settle down? I am taking benydryl but after a few days it doesn't seem to help. Would cortisone shots help or am I adding insult to injury if I request this? I heard of a detox for aluminum by soaking for 20 minutes in a bath that has a cup of bleach....would this draw out latex allergens from the body too? I wonder if anyone has heard of this? MSM (daily)was used in conjuction to the weekly bath. My e-mail is babeodear@hotmail.com
