» cheekymonkey13 - blushing

I am 13 years old and i blush really bad. Someone only has to say something to me and im the colour of beetroot. Even talking on the phone to family and friends set me off. I am also really shy but i dont think i would be as shy if i didnt go red. I dont go red because im nervous or really embarrassed, its in my genes as my mum also goes red too, but its not as bad as me. I cant even put my hand up in class to answer a question because i got beetroot red. My dream is to stop going red, can anyone give me any tips? I heard about this site in a magazine, the website was www.shakeyourshyness.com and there was a link to this site.
