Well kathrine l am glad to see that you have found your perminent home it has taken awhile but this is the one that was waiting for you to come along, l hope your move is smooth and swift, oh yes it will be just think positive, and it will happen that way so congradulations and good luck on the move to your new house that is really yours best wishes.

Thanks. It seems sort of unreal at the moment, but I guess it's really happening. Tomorrow is the inspection. And I did find someone to give me the pre-purchase class... and she's agreed to do it in one ay which is really nice as it's over an hour of travel each way. A friend is taking it with me which is also nice. Have no idea how I'm going to get everything packed. You'd think that since I have had since February I'd be ready to go but no....

I'm looking forward to Corinne's photos too. I haven't seen them yet myself and am looking forward to their arrival via email.

Thanks for your good wishes. Not looking forward to packing but such is life.

I hope you are happily settled into YOUR permanent home and feeling well and happy. We seem to have lost our conversational momentum here. My fault, I guess since I have not been very good about posting and I'm supposed to be setting the example.

I hope the fact that it's quiet means that lives are improving and that people are out living instead of reading my articles.

Hi Kathrine I am quiet as l have been renovating our new house, l just haven't stopped it is nearly all finished the painting is down to the laundry that leaves 3 rooms to paint, and then l have to start to do the bathroom and the kitchen we have to put new kitchen cupboards in and then we will start doing the bathroom l have got the new shower and the vanity basin it looks like we have just picked up a spa bath so we will sink that into the floor and it should look really good.

Wow! Sounds wonderful but exhausting. I'm so happy for you having a place that is your own. Looking forward to the same myself, though I won't be doing any work like you are. There are a few things that HAVE to be done so I will have to scratch together a what I can and get them taken care of. Right now if I can get the good, low-interest mortgage, I won't be able to move in until October. If I get the other mortgage, I can hopefully be settled in next month. Either way it is good.

Congratulations again on your house and all the wonderful things you are doing. Hopefully soon you can take a nice soak in the spa bath and then put your feet up and relax.
