Q: How long do individual oxygen moloules/pairs remain within the body?I know this will vary from tissue to tissue and will depend on what compounds within the body the O2 is assimilated into, but would it be true to say that O2 can stay within the body for weeks or even months?
Would it also be true to say that regular usage of 100% O2 inhalation can improve health by increasing the availability and amount of this (???)'long term' O2.
I am also interested to know how much of this (???)'long term' O2 come from food sources
Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
