The best step for me costs nothing. I just use an ordinary step of a staircase. The steps used in spas have proven to hurtful for me. I have a hip injury from getting knocked down by a car and falling on the hip. When I step sideways with one foot higher than the other, my hip hurts terribly for a long time. On an ordinary staircase, I cannot do such a step, so I am safe from injury.

Hi Biogardener,

Thank you for the tip.
The most sophisticated aerobics steps can be adjusted to your needs and they are flexible.
Ordinary steps as from a staircase are too hard to step on and they are too rigid and most of the time too high if you have an injury.
Of course you can do aerobics walking up and down your staircase if this reveals a good solution for you. I just cannot imagine teaching in these conditions. :-)

Take care
