» jerrib - I love Mexican food! When I looked at the menu and the prices I could hardly believe it - so much less expensive than the Mexican restaurants in my neighborhood.Our restaurants here are really more Americanized. I know I've had Mexican food in New Mexico that was authentic, and it was so much better than what we have here. I always look forward to going to the SW to eat Mexican food, so my taste buds were working overtime reading the menu! If I ever make it to Texas (have only been there once) I will make a point to eat at what sounds like a great place. Thanks for the review! -- posted by jerrib

I know what you mean, Jerri. There's Mexican food, and there's Americanized Mexican food and then there's Tex/Mex and all of them have their own flavor. I tend to go for the spiced up, cheesy Tex/Mex dishes and Casa Ole is a good choice. If you ever have the opportunity you will enjoy Casa Ole! -- posted by Joy Butler
