A Passover GlossaryRead the article this discussion is about

» Dan_Ellsworth - So THAT's what we're having I've heard for weeks at church that we're going to be having a "seder" meal, but your article was the first explanation I'd had. Funny thing - not all of us United Methodists keep up with these terms. But here's our roots - and I appreciate the clear, readable information. Thank you for the glossary. Good work.Sudden idea: You see what my topic is. Do you know anybody, or know *of* anybody, who could do a "Jewish Humor" topic? I think that could be a great asset to the "religion topics" neighborhood - and the "humor" area too. I haven't let you know it before, Beth, but you provide a very fresh, approachable look at Judaism. -- posted by Dan_Ellsworth » blewis - Thanks, Dan! ...for the comments and feedback. It has often been said that Jesus' Last Supper was actually a Passover Seder. Very interesting....As for a potential Jewish Humor editor, I think that would be great because there is a rich Jewish tradition in that area. You can check out the links I have in my Jewish Humor section, and perhaps contact those webmasters. Good luck and let me know what comes of it! -- posted by blewis
