I giveing a reconmendation to ovulex and fertillity plus .i takr ythem bouth. One is herbal and one is vitimin.I have noticed a diffrence in my cycles. The cramping I usto get is gone the consistancie of the discharge IE blood is smooth and bright/fresh insted of black/brown dank blood and their is no smell of old blood eather.Im not speaking of a fishy smell.I had a smell of old blood its diffrent.Just to be clear. My cycles have shortened abought a week so far iv been told to exspect to contune to level out more over the nex cupple weeks .Iv been takeing these for one half a cycle.Iv had one peroud on them.Ovulex extends the lutel phase and also has an ingredant to stimulate fsh withc inturn stimulats overain production IE EGG DEVOLMENT AND PROGESTRONE DEVOLMENT .verry important to us with messed up lutiel phases.Fertility plus condishions the uterous and its lining the two of them working to gether to provide the optume condishions for ovulation and conseption also note you shuld cut out all caffinee,Dark sods and enriched flowers frome your dite and add lots of raw veggies this is garronteed by bouth producers of these products if after 3 monthss your not pregnant they refund all your cash and postage too.I so far am verry happ with the results so far and in such a short amount of time.I have also been recomended medatation 30 min a day this can drive you nuts and stress you out.Being a born again christain I pefer to pray and spend that time with Jesus.good luck
