Hi.I skipped a period, so I had a blood test done.
It was ordered by my doctor. He also wrote up a order for my husband to have a sperm count done.
without knowing if I was pregnant or not. Why would that be? Well it turned out that I'm not pregnant,the doctor still wants the sperm count done. And what should I do about my missed period?

I would suggest talking with your doctor about what steps he thinks you should take next. Obviously, if your period doesn't arrive, you can't start a new cycle, and you can't get pregnant.
Blood tests might be in order to see if you ovulated or not, and if you didn't, provera might be prescribed to help jump start your cycle.
