So why not be true to yourself and stop trying to celebrate it, Scrooge?

Because I'm such a pushover. I get talked into doing all the cooking or no one will come visit. The worse part is I have to finally give in and clean up the house.sad
Bah, humbug, I say!!!

» IM1B4U - This is the Bah Humbug room!

In response to message posted by plox:
Well...one sister got a homemade (PC) card from me that read on the front: "the devil may be in the detail" (under a devil cartoon) and inside: "But what part of Bah Humbug don't you understand?" It went on to say I don't need kissy kissy times of the year to wish her well etc. In fact, all my family would be disappointed if "Bah Humbug" was not part of my message to them.

The ONLY decorations in my house are with the display of all the xmas cards. And I hang a decorated golf ball with the words "Bah Humball" painted on it, over the door.

Ah, Ebenezer, what a role model!

Jeff

Maybe this site will lighten your day.

If your computer can play the music, click on the lyrics once you get to the site.

Anyway, that's what I want for Christmas.

Hope yours is the best ever.

No problems davo, I'll gladily accept a tin of fosters as compensation for my deed.

Is it just me, or has the discussion site become dead over the last few months. I was going through all the postings from yesteryear and was reminded of all the heavy topics that used to be discussed. Now, the only active threads seemed concerned about religion. I check this site on a daily basis while at work, and I'm finding myself not being able to contribute much anymore.

I think I'm going to dig through the archives for some inspiration....
