Congress Wages PR War on Terror

As a D.C.-based reporter for Defense News, I have had the opportunity to cover the "other" antiterror campaign being waged, far from the caves of Afghanistan, high on Capitol Hill. Here are my observations on U.S. congressional leaders' efforts to improve the United States' media profile in the Arab world. Needless to say, these powers-that-be would be advised not to quit their day jobs to pursue careers as image consultants.
