Pisa also is also a city of museums and art galleries, as she has priceless art collections, Besides Michelangelo and Da Vinci, Tuscany has Pinoccio as a favorite son,(Florentine) just as Gepeto made him, (not the Disney version) This time my article has my usual plethora of photos and a link to a great selection of traditional Tuscan and Florentine recipes.
