Introduction

Welcome to Getting Fit The Easy Way.

Losing weight and becoming fit can be difficult, time consuming, and stressful for many people. This course will teach you easy ways to incorporate healthy eating habits and simple exercises into your daily life.

Before we begin, however, I'd like to emphasize the fact that the most important aspect of any fitness program is you. For this course to be successful, I need you to make a commitment to yourself. Realize that this isn't a program which offers overnight success or effortless weight loss. While it will teach you how to get fit in easy, fun ways, it still requires you to work. And the more effort you put into your program, the better and more quickly it will bring results.

The bottom line is: if you truly want to lose weight and/or become more fit, then your determination combined with the important skills and information I will be teaching you ensure that this program will work for you.

The books that I have suggested in this course are ones that I've used in my fitness quest and have found to be the most useful. The same is true of the links I've provided. Some of these websites also offer free newsletters, fitness calculators, and forums which provide good support and information.

Now, let us begin our exciting journey to better fitness.
