Spirit's "Ocho de Mayo" sale offers this rate for travel now through July 31 to most of its destinations, but only on select dates. Other select routes are priced at $44 each way, for select dates.

Of course, it may be hard to line up both the outgoing and return flights at these low rates, but even getting a discount on one segment will help your overall rate.
