Indigenous Egyptians call their land Kemit, and refer to themselves as Kamites.
In the ancient world, Kamite thought was the direct progenitor of the philosophy, meta physics, religion and science that eventually shaped Western civilisation.
Not many people are aware of western civilisation's origins in African indigenous culture. You may be surprised to know that the word "Egypt" itself means "black".
Some Kamites claim that western technology of electricity was stolen from Kamite records found in ancient Egyptian texts.
Ever wonder why European soldiers blew the nose off the sphinx? It has been suggested that this was to remove the "negroid" nose, and therefore the stain of western society's African origins.
During the Islamic invasion of 639 AD, Egypt became part of the Arab World. But the Kamite people still remain.
