USFSA Fantasy Skating

Visit the USFSA website for complete rules and directions. In a nutshell: “You are the team manager for a fictional collection of the top eligible figure skaters in the world today. The success of your fantasy team against other teams in the contest is based on the individual performances of your team members in upcoming, real-life competitions.”

The following championships are included in the game: US Nationals, Europeans, Four Continents Cup, and Worlds. Choose three each of men, ladies, pairs and dance teams from the game’s competitor’s list.

ISU rankings have been used to group competitors into three different categories. You must select at least one competitor from group A, one from B, and one from C.

If one of the skaters you choose withdraws from a competition, you are allowed to select a replacement before the event begins. Check the ISU and USFSA websites before committing to a final list of competitors, and make sure they are all still slated to compete.

Points are awarded based on how well the competitors you choose place in real life. Prizes for weekly and overall winners range from $25 to $100 credit to be spent on merchandise at the USFS online store.
