Figure Skating April/May 2006

Canadian Ice Dance Champions Wing & Lowe retire from eligible competition, while the US ice dance team of Jamie Silverstein & Ryan O'Meara take a break from the competition scene.

Kimmie Meissner and other skating stars thrilled delegates at the 2006 USFSA Governing Council Meeting in Orlando.

Several events are being hosted during May by US and Canadian skating clubs, and that means there are many opportunities to learn and volunteer at competitions or exhibitions.

Lastly, the ISU posted clarifications and amendments to their judging system for singles and pairs skaters.
