Attention Graphic Artists!

I figure that since I both write and ride, there must be at least a few people who both ride and draw. If you are a graphic artist and involved in three-day eventing, you should definitely enter the USEA's 50th anniversary logo design contest.

I'm sorry to bring this to you so late, but the deadline for entry in the logo design contest is December 8, 2008. By that date, you must have designed a spectacular logo that can be used on all promotional materials for the 50th anniversary of the USEA.

Prizes for this awesome contest include a free USEA membership for 2009 as well as a USEA Mountain Horse jacket. Even if you don't, however, the USEA will send you spiffy pin and decal for your troubles.

Your entry should either be submitted electronically as a .jpg file or mailed in hard-copy form to:

The chosen logo will receive recognition at the USEA Annual Meeting and Convention in New Orleans. Good luck to all entrants, and may the best logo win.
