30-Second Bunnies Theatre

Jennifer Shiman has been making a real splash with her Flash-based 30-Second Bunnies Theatre for a while now. The concept is simple: prominent movies done in 30-second bites (or is that bytes? Sorry, I couldn't resist) as performed by bunnies. That's right, rabbits performing everything from Rocky Horror Picture Show to Star Wars, Casablanca to Brokeback Mountain. Shiman's work has gone from being an online phenomenon (getting 25,000 viewers per day) to featuring on Starz TV, and showcasing at the 2004 Ottawa International Animation Festival. Her version of James Cameron's Titanic even appeared as an Easter Egg on that film's DVD. And did I mention that she does all this by herself?
