If you've already read Hosting a Spring BBQ , you know how easy it is to host an Open House function.

Now it's time to set the menu. But think outside of the box! Perhaps you want to serve an adult-style menu or an eclectic menu, or even a menu that doesn't depend on the outdoors, (in case of bad weather).
