Your party is going strong, and it's now time to get the buffet line moving. What is the best way to get people to start dining?

I find the most success when I select a particularly bold and outgoing guest to get things rolling. I will ask him/her to announce throughout the party space that dinner is ready, and then he/she will proceed to the buffet line to start the guests moving through it.

It's just like a Conga line at any wedding -- you only need one outgoing person to get it moving!
