One very important thing that many individuals forget to plan for is rest. If you do not have specified rest days in your training program you are not going to be recovering between your workouts and will not be growing back stronger. Instead, you will become weaker and could potentially even start losing muscle mass!
Make sure you are taking at least one day off from your training a week and every 6-8 weeks it is a good idea to take at least 3-4 solid days of complete rest to let your body fully recuperate.
