Reaching your goal weight can be a wonderful accomplishment filled with excitement and pride. If you set unrealistic goals, however, you will never experience these feelings.
Consider what a truly healthy weight is for your body, and in your of life, should be. Take genes and body shape into consideration. Two people who are generally the same height and have the same goals on the doctor's chart can and should have very different weight loss goals. Bone structure, muscle mass, age and health all play a role in determining a proper weight for each individual.
Your goal weight should be a weight that makes you feel healthy, fit and strong.
