What are Portionpals?

Portionpals are a five pack of silicone discs that in sure you get the right portion size. The discs can also be used as cutting boards, making it even easier to measure exact portions of food. They are portable and easy to clean.

Portionpals is designed to take the guesswork out of measuring portion sizes. By limiting portion sizes, dieters will be able to better measure the amount of total calories they are taking in on a daily basis. Portion tails are a great and inexpensive (around $18) weight loss tool.
