I'll admit it, I like cake. I use every birthday as an excuse to eat a small peice. I know it isn't healthy, but I also know I can't live the rest of my life without cake. It's how we celebrate and I feel like I am depriving myself if I don't induldge every once in a while.
The Cake Diet is like music to my ears. Now I can take a basic cake recipe and tweak it so that is has healthy ingedients and is a worthy snack.
Once you learn how you can use extra-fortification to make common goodies nutritious and deliscious, it's an easy way to make snacks you can enjoy and feel good about.
