Another grey day here in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, and a few little tidbits going on right now!

First thing is first, I've been playing a great deal of Gears of War 2. Look for a review shortly! This month has been simply amazing for the video game industry - Gears of War 2, Fallout 3, Wrath of the Lich King, Call of Duty : World at War, Little Big Planet - just to name a few! No wonder the industry is posting 18% growth over last year for this month!

Gears is a great game. I feel the campaign is even better than last time, and the new Horde mode in multiplayer has us all salivating. It's great - and fun to kick some Locust butt!

Myself and Jessica recently got a great camera to work with, a Canon Rebel XS! My first digital SLR, it looks like photography days and some new articles about shoots will definitely be in the works! Very excited, and can't wait to take it for a spin! Maybe I'll post a few shots, if you're all lucky!

Winter's coming, so I find myself dressing up a bit more. Summer is a fun time of year to have a few pints and relax, but winter is really the season to shine when it comes to clothing. Canadian winters can be pretty harsh!

Well, off to have a few more rounds of Horde!

Thanks for tuning in!

Hey Folks :

I'm much more experienced in article and fiction writing than I am at blogging - so bear with me while I get the hang of it, working out the kinks at all. After a rollercoaster of an election season that netted me a few cool dollars over bets made combined with a busy work schedule, things are finally starting to wind down.

Today, myself and Jessica will be taking off to see if we can find some interesting locations for shoots, and putting some more money into savings.

I've been playing a lot of Gears of War 2 lately - the new Horde mode is extremely awesome - and I can see myself losing a lot of sleep over this game. First Fallout 3 being so awesome, now Gears being equally as good - any 360 owner may never get a wink of sleep before Christmas is out!

The only complaint I have about the game is that, so far, the online matchmaking is painstakingly slow. EPIC is apparently aware of this problem, so hopefully we won't have to wait long!

Anyway, today is my day off, so I may get a few articles written as well. There are a few more fashion stories floating around in my head - and I may be penning a few on the best, and worst, XBLA game available for your pleasure as well!

Thanks!

Nick
