This past weekend I was at a chess tournament and had a chance to speak with one of the all time Grand Master's of Chess and one of my personal favorites. I had asked for an interview and was told I would have a few minutes. Well when the time came to ask my questions the "Great Thinker" seemed stumpted by my questions.
First I asked him, "What thinkers influenced you in your life?" Response: "I am not sure."
Then I asked, "What type of literature did you read growing up?"
Response: "I do not remember what I read."
At this point I was told that the interview was over and I had to leave. Not really sure what happened or why, but I do know that the "Great Thinker" I thought I was going to meet left me, well ... thinking.
