It's that time when the kids in all of us come out to play - we all love to dress up, especially for Halloween! How many adults use the excuse of having to take the kids shell-outing as a way to dress up themselves?
Many businesses also get into the act - and even ask their employees to dress up - for the day. night, or even the week! Retail stores have found it tends to increase shoppers' desire to buy something associated with the "spirit". If nothing else, it certainly increases the smiles for all involved.
If your place of employment does allow you to dress up, just ensure you are able to still get your work done. Simple capes with half masks make it easy to look the part, and will allow you to quickly change for any important meeting (where it might be inappropriate to wear a costume).
So, does your office or place of employment allow or encourage you to participate in dress up for Halloween? Personally, while I do love this excuse to wear a costume (and have been lucky enough to work for many companies that encourage this excuse), I'd hate to be pulled over by Dracula or the Werewolf wearing a badge. I wouldn't know whether to hand them my wallet or the garlic!
