Star and Jericho Bounced from Music Shows

Ryan Star. He's the brooding, moody, "dark horse" of the RockStar Supernova competition. At least he was until last night when Tommy "the Tomahawk" Lee sent him packing. Despite a fantastic, piano-sliding performance on Tuesday night's show, it wasn't enough. Star had been in the bottom three more than a few times. That was enough to send him on his way. Of course, he's bitter about it. Check out the video on the Rockstar site to hear his parting words.

Dilana, who had a really bad week last week, and Storm were also in the bottom three. Both of these lovelies managed to save their skins for now. Magni was the only member of the final six to not be in the bottom three at any point during Tuesday night's vote. Guess Iceland has a lot more voting power than we once thought it did!

In other music reality news, Chris Jericho, the WWE wrestler, who is a little bit rock n' roll, was tossed off of Celebrity Duets on Tuesday night. He was deemed by the judges - Marie Osmond, David Foster and Little Richard - as being the least likely to cut a record at this juncture.

Celebrity Duets will be showing an encore of the episode tonight at 8/7pm in case you missed it! Don't forget the show moves to its regular time slot on Thursday, September 7th at 9pm EST. The results show will take place on Fridays (also at 9pm EST.)
