Paris Hilton Arrested

According to sources, Paris Hilton has been arrested. She's suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ms. Hilton was stopped in Hollywood around 12:30 AM while 'exhibiting signs of intoxication.' She failed the sobriety test and was brought in by LAPD.

Paris' spokesperson, Elliot Mintz, said she was affected by the one drink she had more than usual as she had it on an empty stomach.

Kimberly Stewart, Paris Hilton's new BFF - since Nicole Richie and she are no longer on speaking terms - was in her car at the time of the arrest.
