Nicole Richie Seeks Diagnostic Hel

Nicole Richie may or may not have an eating disorder. One thing's clear - she's definitely denying rumors that she's afflicted with one. Last week, media outlets began reporting that the "Simple Life" star entered the hospital to look into her problems with gaining weight.

Her rep told People Magazine, "Nicole Richie has decided to undergo diagnostic treatment to determine why she's not been putting on any weight."

According to sources, Miss Richie collapsed at a Hollywood nightclub this weekend while hanging out with her pal, Lindsay Lohan. Nicole's rep says she was at the Hyde, a club that's popular with the young and fabulous. Nicole's rep denies that she collapsed. TMZ mentions that no one knows for sure if she was taken to a hospital or not for treatment.

Whatever's going on with Nicole, hopefully she'll receive whatever help she needs and get back to good health!
