Pizza On The Grill by Elizabeth Karmel & Bob Blumer
I've had this love affair with grilled pizzas for quite a while. When Taunton Press sent me Karmel & Blumer's cookbook Pizza On The Grill, as a review copy, I cranked up my gas grill and started grilling pizzas as a regular Sunday night pizza gig! This new and exciting how-to grill pizza book had hypnotized me!
Not sure where to start? Neither was I! But after reading Pizza On The Grill, I had a better understanding for gas grills and charcoal grills.
Pizza ~ Great Party Food!
Have a bunch of people coming over? Grilled pizza is delicious, quick and a lot easier than you think!
Use prepared store-bought dough, a good jar of gourmet pizza sauce, some pizza fixin's and crank up your gas grill. Turn on a Jimmy Buffet CD, and you're on your way to an instant party! I started out with the old standby - pepperoni pizza, and I got more creative and daring as I went along.

Who would want to grill their chicken Caesar salad? Trust me, this is good stuff! It's everything a grilled pizza wants to be and then some. Drizzle the Caesar dressing on top and you have the best of both worlds - pizza and Caesar salad!
Bottom line? Go buy the book. Once you've had grilled pizza, you'll never go back!
