Natural Sleep Remedies
Massage and Sleep Disorders
- a few drops of lavender oil on a cotton ball and tucked into your pillow case
- drink herbal teas such as chamomile
- light some candles and have a relaxing bath with a few drops of lavender essential oil
- have your feet or back rubbed before you go to bed
- keep your room well-ventilated and keep it dark to promote sleep
- listen to relaxing, quiet music before you sleep
- practice relaxation techniques before bed to help quiet your mind and relax your body
