Do you have some pillar candles you haven't used?
You can fix them up so they have a very custom look.
Materials needed:
Take the plastic off of the pillar and lay it on its side. Lay the leaf on the side of the candle. Cock it slightly. Using your iron on the steam setting, get it within a few inches of the candle. Hit your steam button. You can use a piece of foil if you want to press it into place, otherwise just allow a few minutes for it to cool. The steam should have melted just enough of the candle to grab hold of the leaf.
Repeat on the other side.
Tie raffia around the center of the candle and finish in a bow.
You can add a charm to the bow if you choose.
That's it, you are done. Make one for each family member in their favorite color. Make a pair and give with a set of candle holders for a nice gift.
Add your own embellishments and see what you can come up with.
Happy holidays!
